Join MLK Diversity-Engagement Foundation in Changing Lives
The Rho Kappa Sigma Scholarship Program is designed to support graduating high school seniors in Loudoun County who have demonstrated academic achievement, leadership potential, and a commitment to community service—especially service in the African-American or Afro-descendant community.
Scholarship awards range from $500 to $1,000 and are intended to help students with expenses related to tuition, fees, books, and educational tools for the 2025–2026 academic year.
To be eligible, students must:
- Be a current Loudoun County resident
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Show evidence of leadership and community involvement
- Submit an application, academic transcript, letters of recommendation, and a personal essay
The application deadline is May 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
